Afin de pouvoir maintenir des tarifs bas pour l’ensemble de nos clients, nous appliquons une politique d’annulation équitable et stricte :

Any request to modify or cancel a booking will incur an administrative fee of CHF 50 per file, regardless of the reason for the request.
No modifications, cancellations, or refund requests will be accepted once the date and time indicated on the ticket have passed.

Out of respect for all passengers, smoking or vaping on board the coaches is strictly prohibited.
Animals are not allowed on board.

Swisstours Transport SA makes every effort to ensure the smooth delivery of its services. However, the company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, changes to itineraries, losses, damages, accidents, or other irregularities resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, traffic, weather conditions, force majeure, mechanical breakdown, or the fault or negligence of a third party.
Swisstours disclaims all liability for damages caused by delays, the cancellation of a trip, or any missed connections with other modes of transport. Consequently, he will not be able to cover the costs or any other consequences that may arise.
Applicable law: The contract of carriage, as well as the carrier’s civil liability, are governed by the laws of the country of the carrier that actually performed the transport. The applicable law determines other instances in which the carrier is relieved of liability.
Luggage being transported is at the passengers’ own risk throughout the entire journey. Small parcels, coats, blankets, umbrellas, cameras, and any other hand luggage are carried under the sole responsibility of the traveler.
